Job summary

Stripe is seeking a University Recruiter to build and scale early-stage programs, attract junior talent, and create an exceptional candidate experience. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in San Francisco.

You’ll own the campus recruiting lifecycle end-to-end, partner with engineering and other teams, design school-specific strategies, run on-campus events, and help grow Stripe’s internship program with a data-driven, inclusive approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-cycle university recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professionalism and friendliness.
• Proven ability to design strategic campus strategies and diverse pipelines.
• Active, data-driven approach to problem solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-campus events and manage Stripe's campus recruiting program.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for new graduates and interns across roles and offices.
• Develop relationships with university groups, faculty and student organizations to design school-specific strategies.
• Plan and execute on-campus events focusing on early engagement, education, and branding.
• Screen candidates to ensure consistent and inclusive hiring processes.
• Drive a positive candidate experience for graduates and interns considering Stripe.
• Build and iterate the internship program with teammates and stakeholders.
• Share data-driven updates with internal stakeholders to inform decisions.
