Job summary

Coda Search is seeking a Senior Campus/Early Careers Recruiter for our NYC client’s recruiting team. This role focuses on campus, PhD, and early career hiring in Trading/Investment services with a strong emphasis on partnerships with top academic leaders.

The candidate will manage on-campus sourcing, branding campaigns, events, and the full lifecycle of campus hires, including internships. Strong communication, adaptability, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' of experience in campus recruiting.
• Knowledge of personnel administration and applicable laws.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Adaptable to changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Source student talent from premier campuses and top programs.
• Plan and host on-campus events.
• Launch campus branding initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop relationships with top student talent and academic leaders.
• Manage the full lifecycle of campus hires from outreach to onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvements.
• Build university and partner organization relationships to raise brand awareness.
• Plan engagements to support branding and drive interest in the firm.
• Own the summer internship program and its development.

This role requires experience in recruiting Trading/Fixed Income/Equities and/or similar Financial Services within Campus/Phd or similar early career. Ideal candidate must be passionate about Campus Recruiting & Early Career Programs with proven ability to foster strong partnerships with top academic leaders

Responsibilities

• Understand the best sources for student talent
• Planning and hosting on-campus events
• Launch campus branding initiatives by planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns
• Develop relationships with top student talent through a variety of engagement meth

• Evaluate applicants
• Manage the full-life cycle recruiting efforts of our campus hires: from initial outreach through to the hiring and onboarding process.
• Tracked and reported on campus recruiting results/data metrics to identify areas for process and performance improvements.
• Manage relationships with universities and partner organizations to build brand awareness and gain access to talent
• Plan and execute engagements to support branding and drive interest in the firm
• Own summer internship program and development

Qualifications

• 2+ years' of experience working in campus recruiting
• Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration and applicable federal and state laws.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to listen effectively.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
