Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Campus Recruiter in Chamblee, Georgia to support our local campus recruiting efforts and collaborate with national partners. You will coordinate events, manage the ATS, source and screen candidates, and help lead the Summer Intern Program, while maintaining strong relationships with university programs and internal clients.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 0–1 year of recruiting experience, with travel ~25% annually and willingness to travel for firm

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
0–1 year of professional recruiting experience preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Coordinate campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days).
Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including screening and dispositioning candidates.
Source and screen candidates from ATS and other sources (social media, referrals, etc.).
Co-lead the Summer Intern Program.
Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers.
Research and report on universities and market, maintain campus brand.
Coordinate office interviewing program and interviewer trainings.
Extend offers to interns and collegiate candidates and answer questions about compensation.
