Campus Recruiter role supporting Kimley-Horn's campus recruiting and intern program efforts in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events including career fairs, presentations, interview days, and related activities
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including candidate screening and dispositioning
- Source and screen candidates from the ATS and other creative channels (social media, professional organizations, referrals)
- Co-lead the Summer Intern Program
- Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers
- Research and report on university programs, monitor the market, and maintain and build the firm's brand on campus
- Coordinate and manage the office interviewing program, including interviewer training facilitation and post-interview debriefs
- Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates, manage follow-up communication, and answer candidate questions about the compensation package
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-1 years of professional work experience (agency or corporate recruiting experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and willingness and ability to learn new software applications
- Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 25% annually)
- Peak campus travel seasons: September-October and February-March
- Some national travel may be required for firm-wide trainings
