PNC is seeking a Campus Recruiter to manage sourcing, interviewing, and offers for interns and early career hires across multiple U.S. campuses including Denver, CO. The role supports the Group Data, Modeling, and Analytics business segment and requires strong collaboration with hiring managers.

Formación

• University degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Execute all activities for the recruiting cycle for interns and early career programs.
• Research and source early career candidates using advanced search techniques and CRM/ATS tools.
• Advise hiring managers on early career recruiting strategies and practices.
• Handle candidate communications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Talent Acquisition tools to support sourcing and hiring.
• Coordinate large-scale recruiting events to attract and onboard early career talent.
