Kimley-Horn is seeking a Campus Recruiter in Houston, TX to support local and national campus recruiting efforts. You will coordinate events, manage the ATS, source candidates, and co-lead the Summer Intern Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0–2 years recruiting experience preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to travel ~25% annually
• Peak travel seasons include Sept-Oct and Feb-Mar

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events
• Manage our ATS including candidate screening and dispositioning
• Source and screen candidates from ATS and other sources
• Co-lead the Summer Intern Program
• Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings
• Research and report on university programs and market; maintain our campus brand
• Coordinate/manage our office interviewing program and interviewer trainings
• Extend offers to interns and collegiate candidates; manage follow-up on compensation questions
