Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in The Woodlands, Texas. You will coordinate campus events, manage the ATS, source and screen candidates, and co-lead the Summer Intern Program, driving our campus presence.

You’ll communicate with internal clients, build relationships, and lead intern offers while traveling for campus activities and firm-wide trainings. This entry-level role supports the local region and nationwide partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 0–2 years of professional work experience (agency or corporate recruiting preferred).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to learn new software.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% annually.
• Peak campus travel seasons include Sep–Oct and Feb–Mar.
• Some national travel may be required for firm-wide trainings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days, etc.).
• Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including candidate screening and dispositioning.
• Source and screen candidates from ATS and other sources (social media, referrals, etc.).
• Co-lead the Summer Intern Program.
• Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers.
• Research and report on university programs and markets; maintain our campus brand.
• Coordinate office interviewing program and interviewer trainings; debriefs after interviews.
• Extend offers to interns/collegiate candidates; manage follow-up on compensation questions.
