Job summary

Kimley-Horn in The Woodlands, Texas, is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate campus recruiting events and manage the ATS, source and screen candidates, and help lead the Summer Intern Program.

You’ll also facilitate internal recruiting updates, research university programs to strengthen our campus brand, and coordinate the interview process. Travel ~25% annually; strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0–2 years of professional experience preferred (agency or corporate recruiting)
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and ability to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days)
• Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including candidate screening and dispositioning
• Source and screen candidates from our ATS and other sources
• Co-lead the Summer Intern Program
• Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers
• Research and report on different University programs and market, maintain and establish our brand on campus
• Coordinate/manage our office interviewing program (interviewer trainings, post-interview debriefs)
• Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates; manage follow-up communications about compensation
