Job summary

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Campus Recruiter in Houston, TX to strengthen our campus recruiting efforts in the local region and with nationwide partners. You will coordinate events, screen candidates, and manage the Summer Intern Program.

You will collaborate with group managers, maintain our campus brand, and facilitate interview processes while traveling for campus activities and trainings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of professional work experience (campus recruiting preferred).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to travel (~25% annually).
• Peak campus travel seasons: Sept-Oct and Feb-Mar.
• Some national travel may be required for trainings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, attend, and/or host campus recruiting events (career fairs, presentations, interview days).
• Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) including candidate screening and dispositioning.
• Source and screen candidates from our ATS and other sources (social media, referrals, etc.).
• Co-lead the Summer Intern Program.
• Facilitate internal recruiting update meetings with group managers.
• Research and report on university programs and campus market; maintain Kimley-Horn's campus presence.
• Coordinate office interviewing program and interviewer trainings.
• Extend offers to interns and collegiate candidates; communicate compensation details.
