City Year is seeking a Campus Recruiter to generate interest and build a pool of AmeriCorps candidates across Bay Area campuses. The role emphasizes on-campus presence 2–3 days per week, with remote work options and Bay Area office days. Travel within California is required, with expenses covered.

Salary for this role is $74,000. Recruiters will develop campus partnerships, host events, and guide applicants through the interview process while tracking metrics and ensuring inclusive recruitment

Formación

• Experience in recruitment, admissions, or program coordination.
• Ability to travel within your designated portfolio as needed to support recruitment efforts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with students, campus partners, and community leaders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver messages in group and individual settings.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or applicant tracking systems is preferred.
