Job summary

Kimley-Horn in Orange, California is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will coordinate campus events, manage our ATS, source candidates, and help run the Summer Intern Program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience; travel about 25% annually; strong communication and project management skills; we offer a robust benefits package and opportunities to grow in a national campus recruiting program.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0–2 years of professional work experience (agency or corporate recruiting preferred).
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications.
  • Ability to travel (approximately 25% annually).
  • Peak college campus travel seasons include September-October and February-March.
  • Some national travel may be required for firm-wide trainings.

  • Extend offers to intern and collegiate candidates; manage follow-up communication with the candidate and answer questions about the compensation package.

Responsibilities

Salary Range:

$71,500 - $80,000
