Job summary

The Pennsylvania State University is seeking Work Study Membership and Outreach Attendants on University Park campus. You will greet patrons, handle membership and locker sales, process registrations, and provide facility tours to guests.

Responsibilities

• Greeting patrons with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Conduct membership and locker sales transactions and process program registrations efficiently.
• Troubleshooting issues with membership and locker sales and renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries about Campus Recreation programs and services.
• Assist in answering telephones and engage with patrons face-to-face.
• Conduct facility tours for guests.
• Promote Penn State Campus Recreation memberships, programs, and services to the community.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
