Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required; preferred fields include Kinesiology, Sports Management, Recreation.
• 2 years of experience with intramural or recreational programs; graduate assistant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes annual intramural and team sports programming.
• Plans and executes league and tournament programming, marketing, registration, scheduling, and supervising officials.
• Collaborates with Residence Life, Student Life, and Health and Wellness Programs for cross-planning of events.
• Develops engagement initiatives to improve participation and inclusivity; coordinates with stakeholders across campus.
• Manages communication materials and maintains branding for sports, recreation, and adventure programs.
