Saint Mary is seeking an Intramural Rec Coordinator for Athletics at the Angela Athletic & Wellness Complex in Notre Dame, IN. The role supports a range of student-led games and tournaments and requires supervising and officiating to ensure safe play.

Evenings and weekends are common, with setup, tear-down, and event coverage. Preference given to Federal Work Study students and those with sports-related experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of various sports helpful.
• Priority to Federal Work Study and those with experience.

Responsibilities

• Setup pre-game and tear-down after events (gym curtains, nets, equipment).
• Keep time and score per rules and record results.
• Track attendance and assist in program development for new events.
• Be present at events and facilitate activities during sessions.
