Job summary

Adams and Associates at the Grafton Job Corps Center seeks a Dorm Recreation Supervisor to lead dorm life, manage recreation spaces, and organize activities for students.

You will promote a safe, engaging environment, supervise programs, and collaborate with center leadership to support student wellness and community building. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in recreation management or youth programs.
• Valid in-state Driver's License and meet insurability requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage recreation spaces (game rooms, lounges, fitness areas).
• Plan and lead recreational activities, tournaments, and social events.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming atmosphere for all residents.
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
• Collaborate with center leadership staff and other campus staff to support student wellness.
