You will oversee the dorm leadership program, provide tailored case management for students, and collaborate with teams to support progress and completion of the Job Corps program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred.
• A minimum of one-year Job Corps or related program experience required.
• A valid in-State Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staff coverage to ensure student areas are supervised and maintains a substitute list.
• Interviews, recommends for hire, disciplines, and evaluates staff in the Residential Department.
• Ensures all staff adhere to rest and meal break requirements.
• Oversees the student dorm leadership program.
• Provides comprehensive and individualized case management to ensure student progress and completion.
• Maintains incident and shift reports and ensures dorm security.
• Manages inventory and orders supplies to meet department needs.
• Develops staff for career progression and provides required training.
• Builds community linkages for education, employment, and training.
• Mentors and supports student success and adheres to Career Success Standards.
