Responsibilities

Receive and respond to incoming calls and radio messages.
Dispatch Campus Police personnel to service calls.
Monitor fire and electronic alarm systems.
Provide direction and assistance to callers.
Maintain daily logs and departmental activity reports.
Utilize GCIC and NCIC databases.
Record, maintain, and download video surveillance footage.
File reports and maintain records.
Operate telephones, radios, and computer equipment.
Work special events including football and basketball games and other campus activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
