Job summary

ENGICON CM is seeking a College Project Director to lead the College Project Team (CPT) and collaborate with the PMO, College and District to deliver Campus Projects on schedule and within budget.

The Director will organize, direct, train, and manage CPT members, present project information to District stakeholders, and ensure compliance with SOP and District policies. Experience includes long-term management of major construction programs and a CCM credential is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing multiple major construction projects.
• BA/BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or closely related field.
• 5 additional qualifying years may substitute for the stated education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the College Project Team (CPT) and coordinate with the PMO, College and District.
• Plan, direct, train and manage CPT members to deliver Campus Projects on schedule and within budget.
• Present project information to multiple District stakeholder groups.
• Ensure campus projects comply with SOP and District policies.

Education

15 years or more experience in management of multiple major construction projects.

BA or BS in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or a closely related field.

5 years additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.
