Job summary

ENGICON CM seeks an experienced project leader to plan and coordinate pre-construction activities for new schools and modernization projects in California. You will drive scope, schedule, and budget across multiple projects, resolving complex issues and guiding design professionals to successful outcomes.

The role requires 10+ years of capital project management experience, a bachelor’s degree in architecture/engineering/construction management, and advanced credentials such as CCM and LEED

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of experience managing the planning, design, construction and coordination of capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or construction management is required.
• Preferred licenses/certifications include CA Architect/Professional Engineer, CCM credential, and LEED accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates pre-construction activities for new schools and modernization projects.
• Manages scope, schedule and budget for multiple projects.
• Resolves planning, design and construction issues and disputes.
• Directs AFDMs, DMs and design professionals on assigned projects.
• Reports on project budget, schedule and issues to stakeholders.
