Job summary

ENGICON CM is seeking a senior technical program manager to oversee large-scale technology projects within the Los Angeles Community College District PMO. The role bridges IT, Facilities and Construction to deliver integrated data infrastructure, AV, and security systems.

The TPM will lead cross-functional teams, validate designs, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure commissioning with IT governance for successful project turnover.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large IT and low-voltage projects in education or public sector.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers and integrators on complex builds.
• Strong background in IT, facilities and construction disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 15–20 concurrent technology projects up to $100M each.
• Lead design coordination meetings with architects and engineers.
• Manage AV and physical security system deployments and commissioning.
• Ensure documentation aligns with IT governance and standards.
