Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate area plus 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's with 6 years of experience.
• Ability to work with student users, staff and external customers and vendors.
• Familiar with general building policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct advisement and support to student leaders and organizations involved in campus programs and traditions.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction for university programs and traditions.
• Designs, coordinates, and evaluates major university traditions and events.
• Develops assessment tools to evaluate program effectiveness and engagement metrics.
