Job summary

Towson University is hiring a Coordinator of Campus Programming to lead programs that foster student involvement and enhance the TU experience. The role Advises the Campus Activities Board, coordinates signature events, and collaborates with the Programming team to implement traditional student activities.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related experience, with telework possible up to two days per week after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; one year of related experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to develop practical solutions.
• Preferred: Master’s degree and experience in inclusive excellence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Advise the Campus Activities Board (CAB) in operations, budgeting, meetings, retreats, and planning.
• Coordinate and implement CAB signature events (Fall Fest, TigerFest) including negotiations and arrangements.
• Collaborate with the Programming team to execute traditional campus programs.
• Supervise a Campus Programming Graduate Assistant and undergraduate staff.
• Support collaborative programming and partnerships for campus events.
