Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years professional experience required (GA experience counts).
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience coordinating employee recruitment and hiring.
• Experience training students or employees.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Handshake postings for Campus Recreation and internal hiring processes.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and certification processes with HR and payroll.
• Verify certifications and coordinate record keeping.
• Oversee onboarding and exit processes for student employees.
• Oversee annual wage scales and department procedures.
• Coordinate background checks and vehicle clearances as needed.
