Job summary

Alpha seeks a Program Director to develop guides, deliver a coaching-driven education model, and run life-skills workshops for K-8 students. You will coach dozens of Guides, use data to identify opportunities, and maintain standards that empower students to grow beyond the classroom.

This full-time, on-campus role requires a Bachelor's in Education or related field, 5+ years in education, and strong leadership with a track record of improving student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching or youth leadership.
• Directly managed one or more adult employees.
• Experience selecting candidates for hire and taking corrective actions in response to underperformance.
• Proven track record using performance metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops on communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions helping students set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Manage a student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
