Job summary

Jefferson College is seeking a Print & Distribution Services Associate to support routine print production, finishing, packaging and mail distribution across Hillsboro, Jefferson College campuses and off-site locations. Responsibilities include handling materials for printing, managing mail and courier runs, and assisting with DTG/DTF apparel prep.

A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required. Open until filled with initial review on November 2.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with print production, finishing, packaging, and distribution per procedures and instructions.
• Prepare materials for printing and inspect items for imperfections for DTG/DTF processing.
• Operate heat press equipment to complete DTG/DTF apparel and other printed items as directed.
• Finish print projects with collating, stapling, binding, cutting, laminating and packaging for interoffice delivery.
• Process outgoing mail using postage equipment and prepare items for mailing.
