Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Consistently tastes and checks meals for quality and freshness.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use according to procedures.
• Stores and labels all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short preparation times.
