Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule from the Chef.
• Prepare items according to production sheets and recipes.
• Complete production worksheets and notes on waste and quality.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment after use.
• Label and date all food items per policy and ensure proper storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to maintain quality and safety.
