Chartwells Higher Ed is seeking a Prep Cook at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Albany, NY. We offer full-time and part-time schedules; pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour with benefits and training opportunities.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Completes and follows daily production worksheets and waste logs; ensures quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels, and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
