Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and safe.
• Maintains cleanliness and safekeeping of kitchen areas; stores/discards excess food per safety procedures.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies; supports production planning and record keeping.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and company policies; notifies supervisor of maintenance or safety issues.
