Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food items according to recipes to meet production and service schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery with correct portioning and appropriate temperatures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Assist in ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Ensure HACCP standards are followed and report needed maintenance.
