Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Dispatches police and security personnel to incidents and requests for service; maintains constant communication with field units and logs radio traffic.
• Receives and responds to calls related to crimes, emergencies, and service requests; verifies and records essential information for timely response.
• Monitors alarm systems and coordinates paging/notifications during emergencies; relays messages between officers and the campus community.
• Operates and maintains CAD systems and radio consoles; performs related administrative tasks including logging and documentation.
• Performs other job-related duties to support department operations and public safety initiatives.
