Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives emergency and non-emergency calls from the public and directs service referrals.
• Dispatches police personnel using radio systems and assigns units based on information.
• Maintains logs and records of police activity and incident details in CAD.
• Maintains contact with field personnel via radio and monitors safety implications.
• Monitors alarm panels and coordinates response to alarms with on-site staff.
• Oversees CCTV feeds and dispatches personnel for observed activity.
• Notifies and dispatches Emergency Support Team as needed.
• Updates incident records and logs daily and coordinated with incoming dispatchers.
