Job summary

Chicago Trading Company seeks a Campus Relations & Events Associate to manage the full calendar of campus events and partnerships. You will be the primary contact for career centers, faculty, and student organizations, coordinating office visits, info sessions, and virtual events to raise CTC’s visibility on target campuses.

You’ll track event metrics, manage logistics end-to-end, and collaborate with the Campus Recruiter and Campus Program Manager to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; all majors welcome.
• 1+ years in campus recruiting, recruiting coordination, or event planning.
• Able to build credibility with students, student orgs, and career centers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campuses, events, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with career centers and student organizations year-round.
• Coordinate campus events calendar from info sessions to office visits and virtual events.
• Track event metrics and share learnings to improve future events.
• Project-manage event logistics end-to-end with internal and external stakeholders.
