Job summary

Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is seeking a Campus Relations & Events Associate to manage campus activities, meetings, and partnerships year-round. You’ll coordinate office visits, info sessions, competitions, and virtual events to keep CTC in front of students at the right time.

You’ll work on relationships with career centers, student organizations, and campus partners while collaborating with the Campus Recruiter and Campus Program Manager to optimize events and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; all majors welcome.
• 1+ years in campus recruiting, recruiting coordination, or event planning.
• Strong relationship-building with students, org leaders, and career centers.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple schools, events and partners.
• Team-first mindset and data-driven event/partnership metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with career centers and student organizations across target campuses.
• Serve as primary contact for student org partnerships and sponsorships; negotiate terms.
• Track relationship health and engagement; flag opportunities or gaps.
• Identify new partnership opportunities on target campuses.
