Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in public/customer service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Experience writing reports and maintaining records.
• Good computer skills and reliable attendance.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate a university vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Issue citations across main and remote campus.
• Act as kiosk guard and provide battery jumps and key assists.
• Traverse district by walking, bicycle, cart, or vehicle while issuing citations or warnings.
• Give directions to buildings and offices to visitors.
• Install and remove immobilization devices; manage immobilization equipment.
• Take lot counts as directed; lift cones and related gear during shifts.
• Support Events by setting up and taking down cones, barricades, signs, and covers.
• Prepare incident and campus condition reports; notify supervisor.
• Report irregularities or suspicious activity to University Police.
• Perform other duties as assigned; occasional weekends/holidays/overtime.
