Job summary

Angelo State University is seeking a part-time Parking Services Officer to enforce campus parking rules and provide traffic assistance to the university community. Under general supervision, you will patrol lots, issue citations or warnings, log information with mobile devices, and support campus safety efforts.

A high school diploma or GED and a Texas driver's license are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid Texas driver's license.
• Background check required.
• Training provided by Parking Services.

Responsibilities

• Patrols campus parking areas on foot or by vehicle to enforce regulations.
• Issues citations or warnings to violators, including bicycles.
• Uses handheld devices to upload ticket and vehicle data.
• Assists campus with emergencies and provides directions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
