Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer to patrol campus parking zones and enforce regulations. The role covers UT Southwestern Campus areas and offsite clinics, with shifts Sunday through Wednesday, 6 AM to 5 PM.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3 years in a high public-contact role (1 year in parking enforcement), and a Texas Class C driver's license. Primary location is Texas-Dallas, with full-time status and day shift. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a high public contact/customer service-related position, including 1 year as a Parking Enforcement Officer or related position.
• Texas Driver License – Class "C" with acceptable record to use University vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Enforce parking regulations and state laws, following established guidelines.
• Interpret parking rules and enforce violations; perform space capacity counts at offsite locations as needed.
• Operate hand-held enforcement tech and in-vehicle license plate recognition systems; report unusual circumstances.
