Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the campus to maximize documentation accuracy.
• Be familiar with the department’s organizational philosophy.
• Assist in maintaining good public relations and provide campus information to students, staff, and visitors.
• Identify vehicles in violation and verify owner information before issuing notices.
• Relay information to Safety and Security Communications via radio or cell phone.
• Observe and report hazardous conditions such as malfunctioning signals or missing signs.
