Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party is seeking Campus Fellows for the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign in Midland, TX. Fellows will organize campus voter contact events and build volunteer capacity while working 15 hours per week at $20 per hour.

This role runs from September 8 to November 6, 2026, and fellows will gain frontline campaigning experience on a competitive college campus, with union representation under IBEW Local 220.

• Enrolled Texas college/university for Fall 2027.
• Commitment to the Texas Democrats mission and values.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-starter with initiative and reliability.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Access to a phone and laptop.
• Comfortable working with students and staff in person.

Responsibilities

• Organize voter contact events on campus with manager support.
• Build capacity by collaborating with campus organizations and recruiting volunteers.
• Represent the campaign on campus to supporters, volunteers, and voters.
