Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party is seeking Campus Fellows to support the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign in San Antonio. Fellows will lead on-campus volunteer networks and voter contact infrastructure, driving turnout and supporting candidates across Texas.

Program runs September 8 to November 6, 2026, with a 15-hour-per-week schedule at $20/hour. Unionized staff under IBEW Local 220, with opportunity for growth and leadership on campus.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled at a Texas college or university for Fall 2027.
• Commitment to the Texas Democrats mission and values.
• Strong time management and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Organize voter contact events on campus with manager support.
• Capacity building: recruit volunteers through campus networks.
• Represent the campaign on campus to supporters, volunteers, and voters.
• Maintain data integrity across voter contact events.
• Develop creative organizing ideas for voter contact on campus.
• Report results regularly with increasing GOTV reporting.
• Learn and grow into a stronger organizer.
