Job summary

The Texas Democratic Party is seeking Campus Fellows in Denton, TX to join the Texas Together 2026 Coordinated Campaign. Fellows will build campus voter contact infrastructure, recruit volunteers, and lead campus events to boost turnout. The role runs Sept 8–Nov 6, 2026, at 15 hours per week, paid at $20 per hour.

Union representation with IBEW Local 220 is noted. Applicants must be enrolled at a Texas college for Fall 2027, demonstrate initiative, and possess strong verbal and interpersonal

• Strong time management and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Organize voter contact events on campus with manager support.
• Recruit new volunteers by collaborating with campus organizations.
• Represent the campaign on campus to supporters and voters.
• Maintain accurate data entry for voter contact events.
• Develop creative on-campus contact tactics, digitally and in person.
• Provide regular reporting on voter contact and GOTV progress.
• Learn and grow into a stronger organizer through experience.
