You will guide prospective students through paperwork, eligibility, and onboarding, while coordinating with instructors, registrars, and partners to ensure a positive student experience from inquiry to day one of class.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Three years of administrative, enrollment, or related experience.
• Experience in customer service, education, or workforce development.
• Experience handling confidential records and using databases.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as intake point for prospective students and inquiries.
• Coordinate enrollment for multiple training programs and track progress.
• Schedule assessments, drug screens, and background checks as required.
• Maintain accurate electronic student records and prepare enrollment reports.
• Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure smooth onboarding and class start.
