Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking an Opportunity Accelerator Intake and Assessment Specialist - Campus to join the team in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on eligibility assessment, intake processing, and guiding clients to wrap-around services.

The position requires strong office skills, reliable communication, and the ability to work a 40-hour week with occasional evenings or weekends. Transportation duties may be involved as part of outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Clear oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants' eligibility for enrollment.
• Complete intake and ensure eligibility requirements are met prior to entry into the Program.
• Enroll a minimum of 25 clients per month with all required documents in CaseWorthy.
• Provide rapid referral to wrap-around supports as needed; maintain updated electronic records.
• Arrange meetings between participants and Trainers and Employment Specialist/Case Managers.
• Deliver world-class customer service; respond to emails and calls within 24 hours.
• Drive agency van for events and job fairs as required.
