Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Campus Lead in Mountain View, CA to run end-to-end campus operations and lead a focused team. You will serve as a strategic bridge for operational excellence while preparing for broader regional leadership, managing day-to-day activities and campus stakeholders.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with the Space Team and other departments, mentor staff, and drive proactive optimization with an emphasis on sustainability and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or PM.
• Minimum 7 years managing design and construction of multiple projects.
• Experience leading a campus team and cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus services and operations to ensure quality delivery.
• Act as primary lead for campus emergencies and proactive recovery.

Campus Lead

The Campus Lead is responsible for the end-to-end operational success of a specific campus location. This role serves as a strategic bridge, managing a smaller portfolio of buildings and a focused team to ensure operational excellence while preparing for broader regional leadership. The Campus Lead is the primary point of contact for campus stakeholders, responsible for transitioning day-to-day management into scalable, optimized business practices.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership & Execution Daily Operations: Oversee all campus-specific services, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to organizational standards. Crisis Management: Act as the primary lead for campus emergencies, moving beyond reactive troubleshooting to implement proactive recovery plans. Client Communication: Maintain a consistent communication cadence with clients, ensuring transparency regarding project outcomes and "bad news" through solution-oriented reporting. Team Management & Alignment Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a campus-focused team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional development. Strategy Cascading: Effectively translate high-level organizational plans into actionable steps for the campus team, ensuring everyone understands their role in the broader mission. Strategic Optimization & Partnership Fiscal & Inventory Strategy: Transition from basic tracking to strategic forecasting, identifying spend trends to optimize inventory budgets and mitigate financial risk. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner hand-in-hand with the Space Team and other departments, leveraging these alliances to drive innovative campus-wide improvements. Process Refinement: Identify opportunities to enhance business workflows, shifting from "maintenance mode" to proactive business optimization.

Education / Training

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in managing design and construction of multiple projects across a broad geography in a remote and virtual environment

Skills and Knowledge

• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously
• A good working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate
• 2-3 years of experience leading a team, preferably in an operational or project-based environment.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the desire to evolve from tactical execution to strategic leadership.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead cross-functional partnerships with clarity.

Location & Compensation

Location: On-site -Mountain View, CA

Expected compensation for this position: 126,200.00 - 166,360.00 USD per year Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
