Job summary

IDEA Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal of Operations (APO) to oversee campus operations across two IDEA sites, including front office, SIS, nutrition, transportation, health services, finance, and facilities. The APO drives operational excellence, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to support student outcomes.

The role leads multiple operations teams, partners with site leaders, and focuses on enrollment, ADA compliance, and safety.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required
• Experience managing and developing others to achieve ambitious results

Responsibilities

• Retain Ops staff at high levels and coach team members
• Implement coaching and feedback cycles and regular performance reviews
• Utilize the APO Priorities Calendar to monitor progress and adjust support
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of new families to drive enrollment
• Monitor ADA compliance and attendance tracking and report trends
