Job summary

IDEA Public Schools seeks an Assistant Principal of Operations to manage campus operations across two sites, including front office, SIS, nutrition, transportation, health services, business office and facilities. You will drive operational excellence and support enrollment and attendance goals.

The role oversees a diverse team, ensures safety and efficiency, and collaborates with campus leadership to deliver strong student outcomes through effective non-instructional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience managing and developing others to achieve ambitious results.

Responsibilities

• Manage campus operations across non-instructional areas including front office, SIS, child nutrition, transportation, health services, business office, facility maintenance, new construction, technology coordination, recruitment and enrollment.
• Lead a team with 8+ direct reports and ensure high performance, coaching, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state policies and drive operational metrics like ADA and enrollment targets.
