Alpha is seeking a Campus Coordinator to oversee the operational heartbeat of our in-person campuses across the United States. You will coordinate safety drills, facilities logistics, and parent communications while ensuring devices and Google Admin tasks run smoothly on site.

The role emphasizes ownership, calm judgment under pressure, and strong customer service as you support students, families, and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of experience in campus coordination, office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or a similar operational role
• Comfort with basic technology troubleshooting, device management, and account administration
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage parents, staff, students, and vendors professionally
• Demonstrated comfort building warm, trusted relationships with children and families in a visible on-campus role
• Ability to independently own campus operations and make sound decisions across safety, facilities, logistics, communication, and basic technology in a lean environment
• Strong service orientation, emotional intelligence, and calm judgment under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Available to work in-person in one of our campuses: Greenwich, CT; Santa Barbara, CA; Malibu, CA; Boston, MA; South Bay, CA; Santa Monica, CA — or willing to relocate
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Serving as a primary point of contact for parents, students, and staff, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
• Managing campus safety operations, including access control, health incidents, drills, documentation, and parent communication
• Overseeing daily campus operations such as attendance processes, facilities coordination, transportation, and office logistics
• Supporting onboarding and training for new staff to ensure smooth integration into campus operations
• Managing student devices and campus technology, acting as the primary on-site tech liaison and Google Administrator
• Ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient campus operations that improve experience for students, staff, and parents
