Job summary

The Summit Church is seeking an Operations Associate for the Capital Hills Campus to keep the space clean, organized, secure, and ready for weekend services, ministry activities, and events.

You will serve as the on-site primary point of contact for campus operations, coordinating facility logistics and custodial quality while partnering with campus leaders and Central Support teams. This role emphasizes proactive communication with staff, volunteers, vendors, and ministry partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Central Facilities, Security, and Production to resolve building issues.
• Manage facility and environment operations including HVAC, schedules, and shared resources.
• Provide quality assurance for custodial staff and ensure campus security measures function properly.
• Coordinate facility logistics, room setups, scheduling, and event details for internal ministry events.
• Support external events hosted at the Capital Hills campus and act as operational liaison for logistics.
