Job summary

Christ’s Church of the Valley is seeking an Operations Pastor to manage campus facilities, lead volunteer teams, and support weekend services. This role focuses on organizing campuses, overseeing cleaning, maintenance, deliveries, and inventory, while collaborating with staff to meet day-to-day needs.

The Operations Pastor will recruit and train volunteers, develop a cleaning and maintenance plan, and coordinate with the Landscape team to ensure a welcoming environment across all campuses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor relationships and campus landscaping coordination.
• Ensure safety, scheduling, and room configurations for events.
