Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, or a minimum of 2 years SST Schools experience.

Responsibilities

• The maintenance of the school building.
• Take attendance daily according to policies and procedures.
• Purchase materials and supplies for the school.
• Oversee child nutrition programs and implementation according to rules.
• Oversee free/reduced lunch applications processing.
• Oversee student withdrawal processes and documentation.
• Supervise office staff to fulfil duties and responsibilities.
• Arrange bus transportation for school events.
• Maintain valid building permits.
• Gather quotes for improvements.
• Oversee registrar in admission and re-enrollment.
• Maintain student files and timely Records/T-rex requests.
• Assist principal in CIP and budget-related tasks.
• Coordinate district budget requests and maintenance needs.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and keep records.
